The 'Hospitality' Suite I booked late Saturday night had its ups and downs. The room smelled like a smoking room from years ago, which was a major drawback. However, it was very clean and equipped with a fridge and a large screen TV, which added some comfort to my stay.
The hotel had not seen upgrades for at least 10-15 years, which made the smoke come straight into our room. It smelled like it, but the service was top-notch and the staff were friendly. The location was good for the convention we attended nearby, and the dining was delicious with a great omelet and a good variety of fresh fruit.
The hotel had a door leading to the room next door, with a fridge, sitting area, and desk. The rooms were clean but felt very dated. The service was efficient, handling check-in and out smoothly but not worth the price. The location was close to amenities, although the loud heating/cooling system and train tracks affected sleep. The dining experience offered a variety of options, especially omelettes, and the facilities were convenient overall.
